Jackie Feaster

Executive Director

For more than 14 years, I have been honored to serve as the Executive Director of Clifton Christian Church Food Bank in my hometown of Clifton in Western Colorado. Serving the community, I am grateful for the opportunity to help bring hope, encouragement, and practical support to neighbors in need. My passion is to uplift, embrace, and encourage people wherever they are in life. I believe every person has tremendous potential and a unique vision for making a positive difference in the world. Through compassion, love, and service, we can help people recognize their potential and move toward a brighter future.

Outside of my work, I have been married to my husband for 40 years, and we are blessed with four adult children and grandchildren who bring so much joy to my life. I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, spending hot summers at Lake Powell, and making memories with family and friends. I also have a passion for creating gingerbread houses and was honored to nearly make it onto Food Network in 2023.

I am truly grateful and honored to be part of such an amazing life and community. I believe we can all be world changers with a little encouragement. My heart remains committed to serving others and changing lives—one can at a time.

Gary Metras

Warehouse Director

Gary Metras moved to the Grand Valley in 2012 and quickly started giving back to the community. After retiring from the school district in 2022, Gary devoted even more of his time to helping others. Over the years, he volunteered with numerous organizations and now serves as the Warehouse Director at CCC Food Bank. In this role, he has become a tremendous asset to the organization and the community. He helps manage the warehouse, monitors the budget, makes sure there is an adequate supply of food for local families, and builds relationships with grocery stores to secure the best possible prices and donations. Gary’s dedication to volunteering, his ability to connect people and resources, and his genuine desire to help others have made a lasting difference in the Grand Valley. His commitment to serving others is not simply something he does, it’s a value he lives every day and passes on to his family.

Carrie Daugherty ccc food bank

Carrie Daugherty

Outreach & Operations Director

Carrie Daugherty began volunteering during the COVID-19 pandemic. What was initially expected to last only a few weeks—until the community moved past the curve—grew into an enduring commitment to serving others. In 2023, Carrie became Outreach and Operations Director at the Clifton Christian Church Food Bank. Her passion for working with clients, along with the compassion and respect she shows them, is truly commendable. Her work includes partnering with preschools to ensure families have food boxes to take home and helping clients navigate the uncertainty of food insecurity.

Carrie and her husband Rob have been married for 25 years and have four children. Their family is growing, with a new foster/adopt baby and a new grandchild.
